A tiered, fully gluten-free grazing table styled outdoors in Los Cabos by chef Amy
Private events & catering · Los Cabos

The whole table, safe.

Fully gluten-free catering for villa dinners, celebrations, and weddings across Los Cabos — from a chef who catered weddings and events in New Zealand, ran superyacht galleys for the world's strictest diets, and is celiac herself. One menu. Every guest. Nothing to double-check.

Why we cater

"Some guests had never eaten freely at a wedding before hers."

Amy spent years in New Zealand's wedding and event kitchens. And at almost every event, the same thing happened: a guest would find her after service — moved, sometimes to tears — because for the first time, they had eaten at a celebration like everyone else. No interrogating the waitstaff. No dinner beforehand, just in case. Plate full, glass up, actually at the party.

At 22, Amy was diagnosed with celiac disease. Now she knows both sides of that plate.

So in Los Cabos, she caters the way she always wished events worked: the entire menu gluten-free, executed at a level where the only thing anyone notices is that the food is exceptional.

How this works

One menu. Everyone eats.

Nothing to mix up

The entire event is gluten-free — every course, every crumb, one kitchen standard. No parallel "regular" menu, so there is nothing to cross, confuse, or quietly worry about.

Food first, always

Baja-fresh, seasonal, plated like the editorial pages. Amy's benchmark from her yacht years: if a menu reads as "special diet," it goes back to the drawing board.

The protocol

Safe isn't a note on our menu. It's the architecture of it.

One hundred percent gluten-free events. One kitchen standard for every dish — there is no "regular" menu running alongside yours.
Every ingredient verified. Suppliers vetted, labels read, sauces made from scratch. The checking is our job, not your guests'.
Dedicated equipment travels with us into villa and venue kitchens — boards, pans, fryers, the lot.
Briefed service staff. Every plate carrier can answer "is this safe?" — specifically, correctly, kindly.
Cooked by a chef who is celiac herself. This is Amy's daily standard, not an accommodation she switches on.
Ask us anything. Ingredients, preparation, process — specific questions get specific answers, before you book and during the event.

Guests with additional allergies or severe sensitivities: tell us in the consult. Menus are designed around your exact table, and we would always rather talk it through than have anyone wonder.

Questions, answered

Asked often, answered plainly.

Is the entire event really gluten-free?

+

Yes — every dish, every course, including the cake and the late-night bites. That is the whole idea: when nothing on the table contains gluten, there is nothing to separate, label, or worry about. Your celiac guests simply eat.

Will guests who aren't gluten-free notice?

+

Only the food. Amy cooked for superyacht guests who did not accept "restricted" as an excuse for less delicious — that benchmark came ashore with her. If a menu reads as "special diet," it goes back to the drawing board.

Can you design around other allergies too?

+

Yes. Dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free and more — the consult maps your whole table, and the menu is designed around it. Managing strict and overlapping dietary needs was Amy's day job at sea.

Where do you cater?

+

Villas, venues, and beaches across the Los Cabos corridor — Cabo San Lucas to San José del Cabo. Further afield in Baja California Sur, travel is quoted with your menu.

How far ahead should we book?

+

Weddings: six to twelve months is comfortable. Celebrations: a few weeks. Villa dinners and vacation service: as the calendar allows — occasionally that means this week, so it is always worth asking.

How does booking work?

+

A short consult about your date, table, and occasion → a menu direction and a clear quote → a deposit holds your date. Final quotes itemize everything, tax and service included — no surprises on the invoice either.

The first step

Tell us about your table.

Send the date, the place, the guest count, and the occasion — Amy replies with a menu direction and a quote.
